Shipping policy

Orders are shipped and in your hands in 5-7 business days of when you placed your order, depending on where you live.  Orders are not mailed out over the weekend or on US federal holidays.  We do not guarantee arrival dates for your delivery, nor are we responsible for postal delays. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier and, when necessary, file a police report.  

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  It is recommended you purchase tracking and/or shipping insurance for more expensive items, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
